I looked at past ASX announcements, it has always been delayed like this
for example: Japanese patent announced on 02 Feb 2018, yet it was granted on 12th Jan 2018
Israel patent announced on 21 March 2018, it was granted on 1st Mar 2018, similar for Australian patent
I strongly believe the management team did not purposely put out the Chinese patent granted announcement late by a month for a CR as other threads mentioning.
