Yes the conference call stated that BARDA had spent 80 Million on LANI already and Pattie said that the final figure would be way north of that after negotiations.

So a good settlement could be forthcoming.

As I've said all along the Science is still outstanding it's just our mgmt that is appallng.

Take this example. I qizzed Cook at one of the public meetings on why he wasn't in talks with DS re ROW and partnership opportunities. He said it was too early and that all BTA was in the box said because of BARDA funding. I asked him about a plan b if Barda funding stopped. He didnt have one. This is just incompetence like the excuse for not developing super LANI because it might erode market share of LANI. WTF
