    Scott Pape the barefoot investor has instructed his followers ( paid subscribers) to buy TGR stock for a long term hold and to buy up to $3.80.

    He has also said he himself will be purchasing TGR for his own portfolio. Certainly a good sign that this company has strong fundamentals and currently represents good value buying.
