Hi,
Anyone here tried barefoot or minimalist running? Im interested in others experiences.
I used to be a regular runner until I developed debilitating knee pain around two years ago. Used to run half marathons before that but last couple years there have been times where I struggled to walk.
After reading 'born to run' I tried barefooting in the last three months and my knee pain is pretty much gone. I could run freely until in the last week or so Ive developed pain in my foot which feels structural. Too much too soon I suspect.
Would be good to hear from others who have tried this transition.
