    This shows the significant level that RXL is undervalued at present.

    Scoping Study NPV attributable to RXL = $212m
    Market Cap per Feb 2023 Presentation. = $40m
    Market Cap/ NPV. = 19%

    Assuming the PFS which further de-risks the project I believe we should be approaching a valuation something like:

    PFS NPV estimate. = $700m
    Market Cap/NPV. = 25%
    Market Cap target = $175m
