Those are robust metrics smartdude and we all hope they will be in the PFS.
But trust in what the company says and does is an important ingredient in our investment decisions.
Rox lost retail holder support under Alex Passmore who received a $300K bonus based on Grace eventually revealed to be a small deposit that doesn’t even appear in the current MRE.
We all hoped that Rob Ryan would bring a new corporate culture to Rox and restore the faith of long-term supporters.
The MRE was good and the June delivery of the PFS was timely and repeated many times.
But on the 28th April there was a surprise cash raise. Whey raise just before the PFS?
6th May Rob Ryan looked at the camera and insisted that the PFS would be good and the presentation emphasised that it would be delivered in June. How could we go wrong buying new shares at 16.5 cps?
20th June The PFS would not be released in June afterall. That triggered a huge sell off driving the SP to a 10 year low.
27th June Rox vests performance rights. The timing is woeful imo. If the PFS is good why not do this afterwards when we can see the good performance in the metrics rather than when the PFS is delayed and the SP is decimated? I am sure that there are very good reasons behind the timing (possibly around tax?) but I do wonder if investor sentiment weighs heavily enough on board decisions? I was topping up but will now stop until I actually see the PFS in July or whenever it is delivered.
