Surprise capital raise? In early April I mentioned to RR that I expected a CR within the next 4-6 weeks and he nodded. What was so surprising about the CR? I was also told the very earliest the PFS would be announced was the last week of June. I believe that the 4 week delay in the PFS does not trigger any genuine additional uncertainty. It is really a minor delay. I think too many people are over thinking this small delay. I also suspect that the vesting of the Performance Rights were unavoidable and the level of shares issued is small change and not something to get overly angry about.
