$21,333,333/1,084,196,300 = 1.9c/share

You need to now allow for the new number of shares that are going to be on issue after allowing for the rights issue, options taken up, and convertible notes.

If you add all that up you will find that that the number of shares on issues will be:

507,667,827 shares.
