A great majority of small cap stocks in todays sophisticated financial trading world are nothing but the same as horses in a race. Gamble on them and you might win something but more often than not you will lose. Stick with your top 100 companies and you then not have to worry about all the "fraud" around the market.
At the moment SDL is purely a trading stock until we get clearer information from the directors as to where they really sit with discussions.
