Lol which is also considered insider trading. You just have to look on these forums at what yesterdays announcement meant. Plenty of people that had been saying this was over turned to neautral or even positive in their tone on posts.
The buys are simply market sentiment shifting and ppl loading up in preparation for the scoping study being released.
