O and OA have different exercise prices (1.5c and 3c respectively). In this respect O's are already in the money. The share price will have to rise to more than 3.8c for RMXOA's to be profitable exercising for today's buyers.
As opposed to 2.2c for the buyers of RMXO at 0.7c today. So in the short term the RMXO's are cheaper.
