As investors we always looking at the resources and company logical way. Unfortunately both companies BOD may not thinking that way. Greeed make them unlogical, unrealistic. Having two gas pipeline, two utilities system and many other duplication make no sense. If they insist then both can miss the historical opportunity to became V producer.
