    Agree. Ticks so many boxes TA and FA wise. I have full faith in Management to deliver, the fires were an unfortunate event that couldn't have been prevented. Don't see why this shouldn't be priced at the levels it were at prior to those fires. This should have a nice steady grind up to 20c over the next year or so if everything goes to plan.
