re: rsn next to start production not gln dlux,as per the resolution to be put at the general meeting asking for retrospetive approval of the december share placement!!what if the meeting says no, how will the company refund the captial raising and or recover the shares??or is this just another rubber stamp?? was the capital raising to pay for the rent of the boat???
