Depends which way you look at it:
1] Average down
or
2] Picking up bargains on the low
I remember long-term EXT holders going through this same stuff when EXT was lagging at 55 cents .. I think they are quite happy to have "averaged down" or bargain hunted at that time.
If you are confident in BMN's prospects, then these are great prices. If you are not, well there are plenty of other fish out there.
I suggest you head out for some of those, and leave BMN to "discerning buyers"
