bargain hunters

Good to see some decent buying this morning. They took out all of 17c pretty quickly.

Wonder if it's just bargain hunting or if they've seen something interesting in the wireline logs.

I've heard that the Chinese were using unusually heavy mud weight at Heron for some reason. I'd probably rate the chances as less than 5%, but there's been cases before where wireline logs have shown an oil or gas zone when no indication was given in the drilling mud. It's a long shot though......a lot more likely that if they did hit some decent reservoir that it may be water wet.

Looking forward to hearing a bit more about exactly what they went thru at the Aptian level when they announce the log results anyway.
