    Also djs is a sure fire takeover........gearingis just 9 percent or a100m of net debt......djs has real assets like its porpoerty in sydnet and melbourne which can be sold and leased back plus it generates strong cash flows.....like the 150 m first half.......plus its growth can be increased by internationalising thebrand
