    I took a good 95 thousand or so of those 12.5's. Looks like someone else has seen how stupid that was and has taken the rest AND put up a 100k buy order at 12.5

    30 years solid business, 8 % dividend yield.

    I'm normally a high risk investor looking at stock with growth potential...

    But if someone offers 8plus percent yield in a rock solid business, you're crazy to not take at least some of it.
