    A question, (I will keep numbers simple for understanding purposes - mine)

    on 1/1/21 I buy 1 oppie at 10c

    by some miracle of God I actually find the proper way to convert said oppie to a full on 1/7/21 (total outlay now 0.1625)

    the great news we all want is published and SP skyrockets

    on 2/1/22 I sell my full for $1 (profit is 1 - 0.1625 = 0.8375)

    Now what is the CGT situation? I bought the oppie from the market > 1 year ago, but converted to full through PTX < 1 year ago.

    Am i paying the full or something else?
