I receive an email from the company about exercise options as follows:
"In accordance with the Terms and Conditions, the Board must accept notices from Option holders exercising Options provided they are for not less than 500,000 Options and they are accompanied by cleared funds for the subscription monies for the shares to be issued on exercise.
Upon receipt of valid Notices of Exercise, the Company is only obliged to issue shares to the Option holder once in every calendar quarter, such that (for example) for any Notice of Exercise received in the period up to 31 December 2020, the Company would not need to issue shares until 31 December 2020 at the latest."
I have 2 mil options and going to exercise 1 mil this quarter. Will keep 1 mil until next year.
