Boon tops up to exactly 250,000 x PPX at a cost of $19,500 which is less than 4 weeks income from PaperlinX. Note that he strongly favoured HST over PPX for years.
McConnell buys 1,000 to belatedly attempt to hold his directorship
Marchant buys 900,000, first time ever. Remembering executive directors don't need to buy as they have other incentives, this is a last ditch stand to hold job.
Cattermole circa 2M PPX for $200,000 is a round of drinks.
This is all window dressing as they were caught out lying about blackout periods. There was no blackout in the week following the EGM and therefore none in the week preceding the EGM.
AGREE- something doesn't makes sense. Not sure what at present. Personally I cannot see any improvement until a significant change in culture.
