ASIC and the ASX have both assured me that there is no fraud on our markets, there's been 2 prosecutions in the past decade or so, one was the late Rene Rivkin who made $500 inside trading Qantas, and the other was a bikie associate in perth who got done insider trading on ASC Adult Shop, and after 7 years in the court system he beat the charges and has a clean slate. We can take great comfort from that, ONE guilty sharge in almost a decade, that's how clean our market is. Dammmit, my tongue is now firmly stuck in my cheek.
