I agree with you mrlunoon, in support this is simplistic garbage you are absolutely right.
The real bargains are not public at present I would not even post on the price a mate just paid for a house - buys a nice car but not that flash. 99.9% of people would not know how to do what he has done and will keep doing and who am I to interfere in this important market.
My comments are upsetting some with property managers. If I post all I understand about how the banks work they would not be happy either.
Much worse for commercial real estate and the insurance industry but I would not give a damn about upsetting them.
