Cook you can nit pick things to death and always find something wrong or something to support your point of view. Are these properties truly a bargain who knows only hindsight of time will really tell. Reality is you could have asked someone who bought at the very top of the last cycle if they got a bargain and a couple of years later the answer would have been no, but ask them if they got a bargain now and the answer would invariably be yes. So as I said bargain is a relative term and very much depends on what each individual sees the items value as both now and in the future.
