The REIV runs its association on membership paid by real estate agents. It is in their own interest to keep their members happy.
The whole promotion of a top 5 and bottom 5 is really a little pathetic and is purely a marketing gimmick.
The top 5 'bargains' are used to promote the perception of affordability. Whereas the top 5 'expensive' homes are used as a wow factor to promote the idea of money making.
There is a reason why they don't use the word cheapest and expensive.
As stated earlier, bargain is a relative word and shouldn't be used in this case.
No point complaining, we don't pay their salaries.
