As Dmaleny poined out NRU is not a one trick pony, they have some other good projects.

IMO worst case senario we lose the Soltyn Sary project or it remains in limbo but we gain the the other projects in the original deal plus posibly other projects as reported in the previous ann. Both sides seem to want to do a deal.

Posit probably said give us 2 months to try and sort out the legal issue and possibly pickup a few other projects and NRU said fair enough. Simple I know but plausible.

The market sees doom and gloom but if you really look at it it should all be fine as long as some sort of deal is done. If youre patient, and you can wait 60 days now presents a good buying opportunity imo.
