    Thanks for the reply.It is not a law that directors have substantial holdings in a company however it gives you a bit more comfort.Also if you can work out how much the director has paid for the shares and purchase below that price is also a plus.I did note that Robert Moses had increased his holding to 8million shares.Good luck.
