well there we have it..
CSE have pulled out of the mineral sands acquisition due to the rapid share price increase in CSE and SYR which is fair enough..
This now means no more dilution for CSE holders and CSE now holds 11m SYR shares and $2.9m in cash (at end of last quarter) which gives it net assets of roughly 21.5cps (with SYR at $1.86) yet is still trading at 18cps...
CSE is now essentially a proxy entry into SYR at a 20% odd discount..
