PCL has over $30 million in cash. There is no need for a capital raising.
The whole Australian market has fallen around 450 points in the last 4 weeks. The whole sector of speculative oil explorers and miners have been beaten down to yearly lows.
It's now coming up to the last week in June, end of the financial year. As usual for this time of the year, tax loss selling combined with stop losses being triggered combined with inexperienced investors bailing out, all contributing to lower share prices.
Bring on July (because June will be gone).
