Yes the numbers look great, but as always there could be an underlying reason for that???
The reports and presentations seem good but I am suspicious so visited Robina Town Square and the Myer, Target, Big W and in particular the company owned Metalicus store.
Frankly I could not find many of the PGR brands but I assume many are wholesale brands which were falling in the full year report which is worrying. The most active/prominent brand I found was Mooks which I think is new?
I have to say the Metalicus company owned store was virtually empty for my 20 minute observation which is a worry and I could not find a Review store?
Looking through the Myer Annual report I could find no positive indicators regarding PGR brands??
Frankly I don't know but am very cautious given the current retail sector and my opinion that AUS is in for a long hard economic time.
That aside maybe easy short term money to be made???
