I am not experienced or smart like you all in share market. But considering the company which revenue was $2.8 billion last year ( which is going to be same or marginally more this year), their dividend payout, for a 10% profit downgrade due to acquisition and one off cost, etc etc..the current price(40% down) is a screaming buy in my humble opinion.
