hard to say how negative the reaction might be. On the plus side the average analyst eps forecast was about 39 cps compared to last year 46.3 cps.

Based on todays announcement after stripping out the profit on the building sale I get roughly 33 cps - that is an annual eps decline of about 30% on last year. This puts it on a current pe of 12 in a sector where the average is 14 - although this pe will decline Friday if the reaction is negative.

All depends I think on what the larger shareholders think of this news - not totally unexpected which is a plus, but probably worse than expected?

I think that operating margins and current inventory levels will be very important numbers that we will see soon.
