    That is the best options deal I have ever seen- I suspect those options are worth over 30c per share issued, with such huge time and volatility and the binary nature of the outcome of a court appeal.

    I suspect the placement recipients will just dump the shares at any price and keep the heads. So there might be better buying after a bit of a further SP dive.

    IMO only - lets see what happens.
