Coppertop,
You made very important points here and my experience backs up your points. In the 80's I had a loan in swiss francs to build a shopping centre. Because of the falling dollar my loan had blown out to three times the initial amount borrowed. I was not worth as much as I owed. The bank was happy that I kept up interest payments as they would not have recovered in full had they insisted in a fire sale. Eventually the properties increased in value as did the rents. A few years on and everyone was happy. On my past experience I am happy to hold CNP and hope for the banks to act the same now as they did then.
