Just checked last nights announcements "issue price or consideration"2.5 odd cps the "deemed" word not used.
Looking at the situation I suppose the worst case is that current shareholders have been diluted so we now have a MC of 17 million dollars.At least the shares are in the hands of directors and more than likely if not for sure wont be sold on market.The best case is the directors had to part with 2.5 million dollars.
Anyhow 17 million MC with 4 biilion tonnes of coal Mr market will judge what the company is worth either way.

PS db6 Maybe I was a liitle over the top with a 20cps prediction if some one wanted 100 million shares but Im sure the share price would be a lot higher than it is now.
