NMR is like a big boat turning - engines where full throttle 2 weeks ago - then have been in full reverse! now the boat is turning before it hits full throttle again!! onwards and upwards!!
Accumulation is definitely happening at the moment IMHO - this mornings price action is evidence on that - just need a catalyst to get her moving!
