todays Sunday telegraph here in Sydney reports that Jimmy Barnes is selling his propertys totalling 5mill...looks like jimmys financial advisor left it a bit late but better now than in 6 months time..... if he manages to sell them. A few pages later that bouris character or whatever his name is from celebrity apprentice starts talking up property quoting that re prices have never dropped over a 10yr period since world war 2.... i thought that clown was smart?
