The cost of building is very low currently. The guy over the road has been quoted $850sqm for a double brick 3x2x2. That's
basic spec, country town. How cheap do you expect it to be?
If we can afford to pay teachers $100,000 a year for low hours and mega holidays, compared to AU$40,000 in the USA, we can certainly afford a few $ towards changing from the filthiest power generation in the world.
