This is pretty irrelevant. It's like someone posting illegal content on Facebook and then fining Facebook for the actions of the user. Unfortunately Australia has no concept of DMCA laws or laws that distance the company from actions of the users. Anyway $20000 is an insignificant amount for FLN so it's not even a blip on the financial radar.
