I think anyone who would happilty spend 20 milion US for a 300 million barrel target would not fall in the definition of "junior " oil company. I agree the the famrin may take lonher on weaker terms. Wheras a 50% farmout would have done the trick a few months ago, maybe 60 or even 70% may be required.
