I'll be voting in favour of all resolutions at this stage. Too much future potential at stake to hinder the company taking approriate actions to bring these mines to production.
There's still opportunity to buy while the price is at all time lows. Hard to swallow after participating in the recent cap raise at presently a 25% premium. But that came with options, which for me was a sweetener to take all I could.
Surely a key investor would wait for confirmation of an offtake/mining lease approval. I'm taking the gamble the vwap after either is announced will be at a multiple of what it is now and any dilution wouldn't look so bad as it might if done at current prices.
