As at 4pmEST tonight, and according to https://tallyroom.aec.gov.au/HouseStateFirstPrefsByParty-27966-NAT.htm - qualified as “Incomplete Countingthe Coalition has polled 15.4% more votes than the ALP.

In 2019, 72%of The Greens votes were distributed to the ALP and 22% to the Coalition (andof the remaining five percent 54% went to the Coalition and 31% to the ALP) so assuming the same pattern for 2022 we would see the gap between the Coalitionand the ALP reduce by 618k to almost line-ball.

In otherwords, the Coalition and the ALP have both – to use your emotive words – “been smashed”.

You need to DYOR and not rely on the MSM.

When the Polls are declared, download the AEC’s numbers from https://results.aec.gov.au/24310/Website/HouseDownloadsMenu-24310-Csv.htm(for 2019) and https://tallyroom.aec.gov.au/HouseDownloadsMenu-27966-Csv.htm(for 2022) and do your own analysis. You might be surprised.
