Examples of corruption wanted? Well, you'd have to be living in the dark if you are not aware of them or have not followed this forum. There are very blatant and obvious ones like the politician using a work credit card to visit brothels, politicians running up huge expenses using taxpayers money, expenses they claim are work-related when we know they aren't, accepting donations and then giving "favours" for the donors, pork barrelling, bribing, threatening, blatant disregard for spending tax payers money(e.g. flying 1st class everywhere, getting charter planes and helicopters when not needed, you get the message. Then there's the corruption which is more sneaky and not so blatant but even worse like negative gearing and cgt tax policy which favours investors over first time buyers, which drive up the cost of housing and increase the divide between rich and poor, renter and landlord, underpaying certain classes of workers and or policies which cause some to have worse working conditions and pay than others like those in aged care, even taxes and fines which are the same for everyone. E.g. a speeding fine. Ok, you might say there is a difference between corruption and inequality but that's a very fine line in many circumstances because where policy is created on purpose which clearly disadvantages one group over another, that in my view is corruption.
