The child was put up for adoption. Neither natural mother nor natural father knew. The son tracked them both down (first the natural mother and who he assumed was the father from the natural mother's advice - presume that is how adoption is done anyway and who was named etc in that adoption process) and that is when the story came out etc etc on the real father. On this matter I will give TA the benefit of the doubt, not BJ.
