    I've watched a lot of politicians in action before an audience. I've seen a couple of Joyce's speeches at rallies...

    every rhetorician plays a role for the audience. they rehearse the speech and find means of creating the response they want to achieve. do you disagree?

    I agree that Joyce is excellent at his off-th-cuff style, his genuineness, the most important quality in gaining audience credibility. yes?

    his rhetoric is also convincing and appealing to the audience on which he is focused.

    but the eloquence of this speech is full-hearted and is the speech which could turn the rebellious rioters faces in shame.

    from such a person as Joyce, who would have some credibility with them if they've heard of him at all, there is a fatherly tone that resonates and might just fit the spot with some.

    I bloomin' well hope so.
