So here we have someone who posts 20, 30 40 times a day, every day of the week, for years on end - almost exclusively on the subject of energy, citing an assortment of publications and reports in the progress.

Self-evidently very zealous about the subject of energy.

Yet the flagship report by one of the world's pre-eminent and very high-profile energy consultancies, namely the International Energy Agency - that report somehow does not get read by that person.

Quite remarkable.
