    You obviously have no knowledge of the way farmers manage the soil these days.

    Here is a paragraph from a book i am writing on the subject.

    "Plant growth and crop yield is governed by a balance of nutriments with some of these being in minute quantities. The answer lies in discovering exactly what is needed to maxamise the use of what is already there."

    In an early life i was manager of a fertiliser manufacturing and marketing business and later on I was a "co-operator" with the ABRS division, University of New England involved fertiliser trials. I hosted field days and visits from Rural Science students.

    You underestimate modern farmers.

    "The problem is issues from farming can appear slowly over multiple generations,"

    The problems are now or have been corrected by current farming generations.
