On their ABC, a report an actor was summarily sacked for making a joke about menstruation... no discussion, not asked to explain.. just straight out the door.
We need to rethink all work place interactions between male and females and those in between. This will get extremely costly for the employer and a gold mine for lawyers and their clients.
1. On no account have a meeting with a female colleague or subordinate behind a closed door.
2. Preferably all meetings with a female colleague or subordinate should be with a chaperone.
3. No jokes of a sexual nature or connotation or even biological should be made in front of any female at any time.
4. All sexual activity is banned with female colleagues or subordinates even if outside of normal working hours.
