Common sense would have it that if you are doing something that is bad for the environment, you do something to change. If other people less concerned or as aware you take the initiative with like minded groups and light the way, isn’t that’s what leaders do. I think conservatives should stop using China and other nations as an excuse not to do something we should be doing.
