    If MFC is to fund $30 million for Barnes Hill and their market cap is $3 million and their cash is burning up, how can they contribute this, in light of the performance of their BSM investment? Seems like there will be an alternative to the joint venture arrangement.

    What other plan is in place? Caterpillar drawing up a new debt deal with Proto? More captial raisings / placements?

    What impact will the closing of Bell Bay port combined with the lowering of the truck volumes/traffic have on their ability to transport the ore from Barnes Hill?
